1. MOQ
Q: What is your minimum in production per design?
A: Our MOQ is 50pcs per color for knitted, 80-100pcs per color for woven per style with 4 sizes (S-M-L-XL), but you always can share the fabric with the different styles to come down the quantity.

2. Cooperation
Q: What brands do you work with?
A: We have been working for many famous brands in Australia.

3. Sample Fee
Q: Can you provide free samples for our quality reference?
A: Our sample cost is $50 per color, Sample cost can be returned when the bulk quantity over 300units. Fabric cards along attached with the samples. Also, happy to revise samples after receiving your comments.

4. Logistics Solution
Q: What do you usually transport goods?
A: We usually ship goods by express such DHL, UPS for small volume. Send the big cargo with our cooperated forwarder both air and sea. We are always on cost, you are always welcome to use your forwarder and express accounts.

5.Price
Q: May I have a rough idea of your prices?
A: We offer different quotations on FOB, DDU, and DDP. May I have your price term you would like to have?

Please send through any styles you are interested in, we will give you prices accordingly to all you required.

6.Fabric
Q: Can you provide a fabric selection service?
A: sure, we are flexible on this, we can provide you easily.

7.Sample Development
Q: What is your sample production?
A: Sample is taken 5-7 days ex-factory since the day you confirm the fabric.

8.Bulk Production
Q: What is the turn over time of the bulk?
A: The bulk turn around is 15-35 days, it depends on the quantity and fabric.

9. Payment Terms
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: The payment terms support T/T, Paypal. We are doing a 50% deposit, and the remaining balance is before shipment after QC approved. A credit card on PayPal is acceptable.
For our Royal customers, we will have balance payment when they receive the bulk services or 14 days credit.

10. Trims
Q: Do you able to make our design or label? /Can you make the design or label for me?
A: yes, easy. But they have MOQ 3000 sets required. Please send through your artwork, we will work out the costing to you from our supplier.

11.Accessories
Q: Do you also have/provide any accessories?
A: yes, we do. We have many customers asking for the accessory’s services from us, therefore we have an accessories department to support. We have such as Caps, sunglasses, jewelry, shoes, socks, or some other popular items.

12.Stock
Q: Do you have anything in stock?
A: We are focusing on our OEM production line at the moment. Stock is one of our plans moving forward.

13.Capacity
Q: Do you have the capabilities to supply product to us Net 30 days?
A: Our capability is about 150k-200k units monthly.

14.Experienced worker
Q: What is the size of your factory?
A: 70+ experienced workers are work in the textile clothing industry and 50% of them are working with us for more than 5 years.

15.Certification
Q: Do you have a passed Independent 3rd Party Factory Compliance Audit report (BV, Intertek, Fiti, SGS, Wrap Approval) that is valid within the last 6 months?
A: Please check my company profile and factory SMETA report with SGS approval in the attached, we just update on 17th June 2020.

16.Quality Inspection
Q: How do you ensure the quality of your products?
A: We will conduct a professional quality control before the bulk shipment. Also, we are sending lots of bulk photos to our customers and make sure everything is correct.
We are very confident about our productions, also a very responsible company. Any issue happens, we are always here to work it out.
we are welcome 3rd party factory audit report valid up to 6 months.

17.Privacy Policy
Q: That style has been sold to other people correct?
A: We usually have a contract with our customers, never allow us to send customers design to any others.
